Summertime Blues

This has really been a slow week here.  So far, it has been a week of repitious boredom.  I see that the net and blogging community has been quiet.  I have to keep remembering that it is still summertime and people are probably still in the summer mode of ‘Those Lazy Hazy Crazy Days of Summer’.  Since Brian goes back to school this Friday. The summer, for us, will end this Thursday night.  Now, it is back to a routine and a schedule of homework, reading, and getting ready for school the next day.  His school believes in homework every night and reading every night.  He has been doing just that since kindergarten. 

There just seems to be no cure for the summertime blues.  Excuse the pun :)
