Brian’s day

Early yesterday Brian received some of his awards. First, he had a perfect score-100%-on the Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT). Then he received a blue ribbon for being a positive student. He also received an award for having the highest grade point average in reading which includes being tested on computer after reading each book, a certificate for being a Tiger-Riffic Kid and a medal for Language Arts (spelling, writing, reading, grammar, etc). I didn’t attend that ceremony but Tom did. We were able to all attend the awards ceremony last night. Brian received the Superintendent’s Honor Roll Award (high honors) for maintaining straight A’s all through the year along with another medal for his achievements. (On the awards I colored in his last name. I don’t know who stalks here, but I want to make sure that I keep the children safe). There is also a picture of Brian and his teacher. She is a wonderful teacher.

One more day of school and Brian is so excited about that.
