The hooks a flyin’

My yarn came in and I finished the Amineko. I didn’t get a close-up of the little fish that I hung from his collar.

Then last night I made this little turtle.  I call it Myrtle, Myrtle the turtle.

  1. Hi Liz 🙂

Wow! you have been busy. I absolutely love your crochet animals. You do such beautiful work. Your tulip doily is beautiful.

I’m just so happy to be able to be back online again after over two weeks of not having internet access. I’m missed all my friends.

  2. Hello Liz,

Wow! You have been busy! I love all the photos! We have good news; it stopped raining, we’ve had no rain for 4 days now. Enjoy your day! Take care.

  3. Hi, Liz, and thanks so much for checking in on me so often. The doilies you made are magnificent! How wonderful to do such intricate designs. I can’t believe the summer is over, either. Our kids start this week, but I think y’all have set the record for early starts on the school year. Does Brian get out early in the end? Like May 1 LOL? Hugs, Julia

  4. Hi Sis, Just missed you. I posted not long after you came by and put pictures of my shawl up. Oh I love the turtle. Where did you get the pattern? Are they hard to make. The cat is so cute! I get confused sometimes reading patterns even with pictures. Have you heard of the knot stitch? There is this beautiful shawl, but I can’t make out how to do this knot stitch, oh well. I’ll either figure it out or just forget it. lol.. Although it is a beautiful shawl. Love and ~hugs~
