Full Of It

I made a batch of bran muffins today. Not many people like bran or even want it near their muffin. Tom and Brian are one of those people. They will go out of their way not to even look at one. I like them cold from the refrigerator. I add applesauce to my recipe as well as a medley of tropical fruit bits.

That was my exciting day. Boring? Yes, indeed.

  1. When I was growing up, my father ate a bowl of All Bran every morning for breakfast, and I thought it was the most inedible thing I had ever tasted. Now I’d love to have one of these bran muffins. I, too, have run out of much of anything to say but must make myself get over it. I went to the dentist today for my checkup. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.   2. Hi Liz: I LOVE bran muffins. We used to have a restaurant here that made homemade ones and if you wanted, {which I did!}, they’d split them, butter them and grill them until slight crispy. Oh, yummy. Have a great day. HUGS

    Your bran muffins sound yummy. I like my cut in half and toasted with butter on the grill. I never had to worry about anyone eating them as I too was the only one who liked them. I haven’t had one in a long time.
