Aah, where are the peak?
I made a lemon meringue pie today. After putting the meringue on top and baking it, I realized I should have put peaks on top of the meringue. It would have made for a better presentation.
After beating the egg whites until soft peaks formed, I added about ¼ cup of marshmallow creme and beat that into the meringue.
With peaks or without peaks, it still tasted good.
