  1. Liz, OH my Gosh, my cookies turned out the same way! Is it because we are in the South? Was the humidity too high that day (night) I was wondering and wondering about mine too. Of course we’ve made them so many times before. My first batch were like pancakes almost, and so I asked Rex to put them on the baking sheet for the second batch and sure enough they came out the same way as mine. Hmmmmmm, what could it be? I’m going to go and check my flour, hang on……..
okay I used King Arthur’s unbleached all purpose and I always check the freshness date, so that was good. I bet it was the flour! Maybe I will try Gold Medal or something else next time.

Oh congrats to Brian! Yeah, Go Brian! I could never say those words you used lol,

The afghan is so so beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Mom crochets quite a bit, and tried to teach me one time, I wasn’t a willing student. Now I wish I would have listened. I guess it’s still not to late. I would love to learn how to knit.

    Have a wonderful week !

Have a lovely day! I am surfing the net for a new recipe: I have lots of cshredded coconut I must use soon and I’d like to make a cake or muffins. Do you have a nice recipe, by any chance? 🙂
