In keeping with my Candian French side, I am making our traditional tourtière for New Year’s eve. I make homemade baked beans with this dish but I forgot to soak the beans last night. I know you can do a quick method but I prefer to soak the beans overnight. Therefore, I won’t be baking beans today.
