Today I made my version of Cranberry, Toasted Walnut and Orange yeast bread and baked the sweet potatoes and acorn squash for tomorrow. I also made a pumpkin pie and banana nut bread. Tom and I are going to brine the turkey and make stock for the gravy after supper.
I also made a smaller loaf of the bread for testing. LOL
It will make good sandwiches with the leftover turkey.
